Coamo Hot Springs

Coama Hot Springs
4/5

Location: Coamo

Getting there: From San Juan, drive 1 hour 20 minutes south to the southern city of Coamo. You’ll drive through a nice residential neighborhood until the street dead ends at the hot spring facilities. Park your car on the road.

General Info: The facility is open from 6:00am to 9:00pm. An employee will greet you and check you in at the entrance. They’ll direct you to the shop to pay the entrance fee – $5.00 per person ($3.50 for residents). They encourage guests to speak softly. It’s a genuinely relaxing experience.

Heads up: You’ll overheat in either spring eventually, so going in the morning or evening when it is cooler is best. Make sure to bring water, you’ll get thirsty. There is a shop where you can buy food and drinks.

  • Well maintained facilities.
  • The only hot springs on the island.
  • Although the entrance isn’t expensive, it also is not free.
