Es muy dif\u00edcil decir cu\u00e1l es la \u201cmejor playa\u201d de Puerto Rico, y mucho menos clasificar en orden m\u00e1s de 50 playas, como lo he hecho en\u00a0Playas<\/a>. Esta playa tiene algo para todos. Tiene surf para todos los niveles ya que hay olas peque\u00f1as a moderadas que rompen cerca de una barra de arena y olas m\u00e1s grandes que rompen m\u00e1s lejos. Las tortugas marinas pastan en algas alrededor de la zona de surf para principiantes. Cerca de la zona rocosa se puede hacer snorkel. Cerca de la costa, el agua est\u00e1 tranquila y el fondo es arenoso, por lo que podr\u00e1 relajarse en aguas poco profundas. En la orilla hay muchas palmeras donde podr\u00e1s instalar tu lugar a la sombra. Una piscina natural donde las rocas encierran un charco de arena y agua clara. Cuando grandes olas rompen en esas rocas, lanzan agua al aire para llover sobre las que se encuentran cerca del per\u00edmetro rocoso. Esto tambi\u00e9n crea una especie de piscina de olas en la que es muy divertido jugar, aunque las corrientes pueden ser fuertes. A menudo hace viento, por lo que los paraguas no sirven. Adem\u00e1s, es un \u00e1rea muy peque\u00f1a y puede estar muy concurrida. Lo bueno es que hay una ducha para enjuagarse (poco com\u00fan en PR) y un heladero. \u00c9sta es f\u00e1cilmente una de las playas m\u00e1s populares de la isla, siempre est\u00e1 llena y es ruidosa. Todo el mundo se ha congregado en esta playa de la costa oeste de Aguadilla por una raz\u00f3n. La visibilidad del agua aqu\u00ed es quiz\u00e1s la mejor de la isla principal. Puedes hacer snorkel en la punta del muelle y ver vida marina como peces, serpientes marinas y calamares. Este es un lugar popular para bucear desde la costa por estas razones. Puedes caminar hasta el final del muelle y saltar en cualquier direcci\u00f3n, luego subir por una cuerda atada al final del muelle para hacerlo de nuevo. El alquiler de motos de agua es habitual aqu\u00ed ya que el agua est\u00e1 tranquila. Domes Beach es considerada uno de los mejores lugares para practicar surf en la isla. Seg\u00fan mi experiencia, es lo mejor. Tuve el mejor d\u00eda de surf de mi vida aqu\u00ed. Las olas son limpias y consistentes, el agua es clara y el tiempo de recorrido de cada ola es largo. Puede estar lleno de gente, pero puedes verlo en un d\u00eda con muy poca gente. Vi a un buceador esquivando las olas para observar las tortugas marinas navegando por la zona de surf en busca de pastos marinos. Camine por la orilla para ver un tanque de o\u00eddo de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, rel\u00e1jese en las tranquilas aguas turquesas o practique snorkel en las aguas cristalinas de uno de los arrecifes claramente visibles desde la orilla. \u00a1Una excursi\u00f3n de un d\u00eda a Playa Flamenco en la Isla Culebra siempre es divertida! Si vas a estar all\u00ed todo el d\u00eda y te gusta hacer snorkel, hay otras playas a solo 20 minutos a pie con arrecifes a\u00fan mejores.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Inches Beach<\/a><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Playa Inches<\/span> usually has pretty small waves or is altogether flat. When you see 2-3 ft on Surfline, it\u2019s on. Inches is a true reef break. The reef is so shallow that there is even a section sticking out of the water. Line up parallel with the exposed coral, there is a break close to the coral that is most consistent and one that breaks slightly further out. The part you surf over varies in depth, most of it is safe if you fall flat on your back or stomach. However, during low tide there are extremely shallow sections; if you fall over them, you are hitting the coral. I have done this twice but I keep coming back. The view from your board looking to the shore will make you grateful to be alive. The longer I have lived in Puerto Rico, the more I find myself coming to this secluded spot. The sunsets here are incredible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El camino cuesta abajo hasta esta playa ubicada en Quebradillas es hermoso. Mientras conduces por una carretera empinada tendr\u00e1s una vista impresionante del Oc\u00e9ano Atl\u00e1ntico. Paralelamente a la costa rocosa se encuentran cocoteros y algunos pabellones con mesas de picnic debajo. La playa se encuentra al final del camino ubicada junto a las ruinas de alguna estructura. La playa es peque\u00f1a y, curiosamente, la arena corre hacia el interior, lejos del oc\u00e9ano, en una forma vagamente triangular. Para aquellos interesados, hay escalada en roca en los escarpados acantilados cerca del estacionamiento. Las subidas son moderadas pero animadas y bien equipadas. El snorkeling es bastante bueno, con mucha vida marina visible pero poco coral. Esta es una playa popular para la pesca submarina.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Me encanta hacer snorkel y, al final de un sencillo camino agr\u00edcola, encontrar\u00e1s una playa con uno de los arrecifes de coral m\u00e1s saludables de la isla. No hay mucha diversidad de especies de coral, lo que hace que Steps Beach sea especial es la gran cantidad de coral cuerno de alce vivo. Peque\u00f1os peces tropicales nadan a trav\u00e9s de las extremidades en forma de astas que llaman hogar. Es importante ir cuando el oleaje est\u00e9 tranquilo porque el oleaje enturbia el agua y puede arrastrarte, con riesgo de colisi\u00f3n con el coral. La playa en s\u00ed es ventosa y rocosa, pero Shacks Beach ofrece algunos de los mejores lugares para practicar snorkel en la isla principal. Hay una buena cantidad de coral vivo, una diversidad de peces y estas cuevas realmente geniales en las que puedes nadar, entrar e incluso atravesarlas. Una vez me sumerg\u00ed en una cueva y mir\u00e9 hacia arriba para ver una enorme barracuda mir\u00e1ndome. Este es un lugar para nadadores confiados. Tenga precauci\u00f3n al nadar en las cuevas y est\u00e9 atento a la corriente y al arrecife. El arrecife se vuelve extremadamente poco profundo y la corriente puede ser fuerte. Playa Tortuga est\u00e1 ubicada en una pintoresca bah\u00eda en la Isla Culebrita. El paseo en bote a esta peque\u00f1a isla, las rutas de senderismo a diferentes playas con mucho tr\u00e1fico de cangrejos ermita\u00f1os, las piscinas naturales y el snorkel en los arrecifes cercanos contribuyen a la diversi\u00f3n de explorar este para\u00edso caribe\u00f1o. La vecina isla de St. Thomas es claramente visible y est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca que la isla principal de Puerto Rico.
